The heart is the gateway to the soul. It is the seat of our intuition: a kind of wisdom that goes beyond the mind. The heart can empathise with other humans, and understand from within what it feels like to be them. Therefore, it holds our ability to love and forgive.

However, the heart can also be too open and boundless, and then become very emotional, sentimental and prone to illusion.

Mary Magdalene will explain how the heart center needs to be protected from emotions that are imbalanced, even if they seem positive…. Too much caring, giving, merging or too much idealism are ungrounded energies which will lead to disappointment and exhaustion.

The heart is supposed to be the guide of our emotional inner child. Mary will point out how to distinguish between intuition and emotion, between grounded love and blurry love based on emotional desires.
